  • Auburn police arrested five Montgomery teens after a high-speed chase Wednesday night that started when officers responded to CVS theft reports from the 700 block of East Glenn and the 200 block of South College, with the suspect vehicle causing multiple collisions on I-85—resulting in charges of first-degree theft and obstruction of justice for some of the teens.  AL.com

  • Some state legislatures and local water systems are planning to stop adding fluoride—hydrofluorosilicic acid—to public drinking water as debates over its benefits continue.
