  • Created by Auburn students in 2022, The 512 on Mary Lane grew from a Halloween party into a vibrant DIY music venue and community hub for live music. With Sally Little set to graduate in December, the venue owners are seeking a third roommate to keep its legacy alive.  The Auburn Plainsman

  • Voting is now open in Alabama’s high school football player of the year bracket featuring 16 seeded players; polls close Sunday and second-round matchups begin Monday.  AL.com
  • Auburn head coach Alex Golesh finalized his on-field staff by hiring Larry Scott (former head coach at Howard who coached in the SEC with Florida and Tennessee) as the new tight ends coach to replace Ben Aigamaua.  AL.com
  • Former Auburn quarterback TJ Finley entered the transfer portal on Monday, Dec. 15 and said he will seek a seventh season of eligibility. His college journey spans six stops (LSU, Auburn, Texas State, Western Kentucky, Tulane and Georgia State) as he plans to compete by 2026.  AL.com
  • Reserve offensive lineman Seth Wilfred announced on Monday he would enter the transfer portal, making him the third Auburn player to do so & the portal will open Jan. 2 and close Jan. 16.  AL.com
  • Auburn added Bear McWhorter, a 3-star offensive lineman from White, Georgia, to its 2026 class on Monday after he re-opened his recruitment following his release from Michigan; he becomes the 19th player in the Tigers’ class.  AL.com
  • Coach Kalen DeBoer said LT Overton is doubtful for Friday's College Football Playoff game in Norman & that tight end Josh Cuevas, running back Jam Miller and center Parker Brailsford are making progress in practice as the team prepares.  AL.com
