  • Action 8 is hosting the Magical Christmas Toy Drive to collect new, unwrapped toys for registered local families until December 10 — Mary Cathryn Brooks from Urgent Ortho by Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons said the growing number of donations shows the community's strong support as toys will be dropped off at the Toy Vault at Shoppes at EastChase.  WAKA
  • Auburn and Alabama students have collected more than 1 million pounds of food over the past two months to help the Food Bank of East Alabama+West Alabama Food Bank. Auburn University students won the Beat 'Bama Food Drive by collecting 648,305 pounds compared to Alabama’s 630,624 pounds.  The Auburn Villager
