- ➤ On Oct. 14, IHOP opened on South College Street after a former Fuzzy's Taco Shop was changed to offer a good family meal. Area supervisor Reginald Tyler said the new spot features a dog patio — where guests can bring their pets — and full service dining while keeping most of the old staff, and business was busy on opening day.
