  • Bryson McGlynn, the MasterChef Junior champion, will appear at MasterChef All-Stars Live at the Jay & Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center in Auburn on Sept. 30 and at the BJCC Theatre in Birmingham on Oct. 15 — the tour will feature live cooking battles, fan interaction, and Q&A sessions with popular TV chefs.  The Observer

  • High school football games on September 25-26 showed many exciting results in the AHSAA scoreboard—Auburn beat Moody 41-7 while teams like Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa edged Hueytown 27-26 and Williamson posted a 100-0 win over Murphy, offering a mix of close contests and dominant performances.  WAKA
