  • Auburn University fired employees for posting hurtful and insensitive social media content—President Chris Roberts said Wednesday that actions endorsing, glorifying or trivializing violence undermine the university’s core responsibility.  Opelika-Auburn News
  • Auburn is building a $100M College of Human Sciences facility at Spidle Hall—which will add classrooms, laboratories, offices, and common spaces to bring most of the college together under one roof.  Opelika-Auburn News

  • Auburn offers many thrift stores where students and residents can buy gently used items at low prices — shops like Thrifty Lizard, Life Savers Mission Thrift, Harvest Thrift, Plato’s Closet and the Salvation Army offer clothing, furniture and kitchenware. SPORTS NEWS

  • Auburn volleyball lost three to one to Florida State on Sunday, September 14 in Tallahassee as Alexis DaCosta recorded 25 digs and the Seminoles ended Auburn's six-match win streak with strong plays from key players.
