- ➤ An Opelika man was charged with murder after his 69-year-old stepfather, James Barnett, was shot in the head at his home on Lee County Road 126 in the Salem community last night—Deputies arrested 51-year-old Richard Lee Huguley and he is held without bail pending a hearing. WAKA
