  • Auburn University faced an unfounded threat on Wednesday afternoon when police evacuated and searched the Ralph B Draughon Library—investigation later confirmed the call as a hoax amid a rise in similar incidents at other colleges.  AL.com
  • On Aug. 27th, AUPD responded to a 911 call about a disturbance at the RBD Library and sent police and campus security to clear the area — the university later ruled the alert a false alarm.  The Auburn Plainsman
