- ➤ Opelika police are looking for a driver linked to a hit-and-run that struck a 76-year-old man at the end of his driveway in the 2100 block of Rocky Brook Road around 4:29 p.m. on Aug 6—witnesses described the vehicle as a gray SUV traveling north toward Morris Avenue while the man was taken to Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital.
