➤ Auburn police said on Tuesday that human remains were found inside an abandoned structure on the 2500 block of East University Drive—items at the scene linked the body to 50-year-old Julian Edward 'Eddie' Nichols III, who was reported missing on June 10 and showed no signs of criminal activity.
