  • Auburn police are searching for 50-year-old Julian Edward Nichols III, reported missing on June 10 after not being seen since May 30 (he is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs about 210 pounds and drives a black early 2000s Dodge truck) and ask anyone with information to call 334-501-3100.  WAKA

SPORTS NEWS

  • The Patriots girls golf team in Pike Road won four state titles in a row under Head Coach Ted White—who praised the effort of the players—with rising 8th grader London Leonard playing a key role. Next season the team will lose senior Lauryn Leonard, who is headed to Southern University, and must add a new player to stay eligible.  WAKA
