- ➤ Auburn football added 3-star offensive lineman Rance Brown to its 2027 recruiting class on Monday, bringing the total to nine committed players. Coach Alex Golesh said the team is looking to fill key spots — summer official visits begin next weekend. AL.com
- ➤ Auburn football coach Alex Golesh said 13 former USF players, who know his system, will help build trust at fall camp beginning Aug. 4. Eleven join on offense & two on defense to provide continuity as he shapes his team. AL.com
- ➤ Auburn basketball coach Steven Pearl said international players Narcisse Ngoy (7-foot center from France) and Mantas Rubštavičius from Lithuania are set to join the 2026-27 roster after signing before the May 8 cutoff. The team will begin training in June and tour Greece in August. AL.com
- ➤ Lee County Special Olympics athletes will leave tomorrow at 10 a.m. from Duck Samford Park for the state games at Troy University, and local residents are invited to gather to send them off. The Auburn Villager
- ➤ Auburn football announced its first three 2026 games: the opener versus Baylor at 2:30 p.m. on ABC; a home game versus Southern Miss on Sept. 12 at 6:30 or 6:45 p.m. on ESPNU & SEC Network; and a SEC matchup against Florida on Sept. 19 at 6 p.m. on ESPN. AL.com
