  • The New York Giants retooled their defense after trading Dexter Lawrence and selected Auburn’s Bobby Jamison-Travis in the sixth round on April 25 plus the rookie joined minicamp over the weekend, with coach John Harbaugh saying the group shows promise.  AL.com
  • On Tuesday, Auburn's fifth-ranked baseball team rallied at Troy's Riddle-Pace Field to beat Enterprise 10-8 in the Class 7A quarterfinal by scoring 7 runs in the sixth inning and will face Central-Phenix City in the semifinal later this week.  AL.com
  • Alabama football spent $25.2 million on coaching salaries in FY 2025 — the second highest among SEC public schools after Georgia — dropping from $47.4 million in FY 2024 as coach Kalen DeBoer’s new deal is set to raise future costs, while Auburn spent $15.3 million.  AL.com
  • Auburn football coach Alex Golesh has revamped his staff by adding Kodi Burns to boost receiver play, Tim Banks to improve safety coverage, and Vontrell King-Williams to strengthen the defensive line. With ties from Tennessee and Illinois, the trio will support the team this season.  AL.com
