- ➤ Auburn Football faces three key matchups this October as the Tigers will play Tennessee on Oct. 3 on the road, host LSU on Oct. 24, and visit Ole Miss on Oct. 31, with coach Alex Golesh hoping wins will reverse five consecutive losing seasons. AL.com
- ➤ Today, Auburn baseball travels to Mississippi State in search of its sixth straight SEC series win. The Tigers will test their hot bats with RHP Andreas Alvarez starting at 7:30 p.m. (SEC Network) as they face a Bulldogs team known for strong hitting. AL.com
- ➤ Ty Simpson's performance in the Iron Bowl, where he threw 19-of-35 for 122 yards and three touchdowns against Auburn, helped him become the NFL's No. 13 pick and he will begin rookie minicamp with the Rams today. AL.com
