CRIME NEWS

  • Thomas Green, an 18-year-old from Auburn, was taken and shot in the woods near Waverly in September 2020 — his decayed body had three fatal wounds — as witnesses and a medical examiner testified during the trial on April 2nd.  Opelika-Auburn News

CULTURE NEWS

  • On April 3, the Auburn chapter of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) hosted conservative actress Leigh-Allyn Baker at Auburn University where she spoke about cancel culture, free speech, and vaccine mandates. Baker shared her personal experiences, answered students’ questions, and urged them to stand up for their beliefs.  The Auburn Plainsman
  • Auburn Vintage Market was shut down on Friday, April 4 when university officials ordered vendors to pack up because the event did not have the proper permits and blocked a safety route. Vendors and students expressed frustration after arriving early and driving long distances + officials have not commented further on the incident.  Eagle Eye TV
