  • Local law enforcement agencies will support Lee County Special Olympics athletes at the annual Cops on Top fundraiser on April 18 — an event that will raise money for the athletes — in Auburn.  The Auburn Villager

  • On Tuesday, the City Council met with city staff, Mayor Ron Anders, and City Manager Megan McGowen Crouch—discussing compensation for council-member positions. They held the work session to review pay options for council roles.  The Auburn Villager

  • On March 26, Auburn coach Bruce Pearl said he asked his players for permission to mention American hostage Edan Alexander during his postgame press conference in Atlanta. His players backed his respectful remark—he explained the call was about survival—and Auburn now prepares for its Sweet 16 game against Michigan.  AL.com
