  • Local agencies Here Molly Girl and Script Marketing earned top honors at the Montgomery Chapter ADDY Awards Gala on Friday, Feb. 20. Here Molly Girl won a Silver ADDY for branding while Script Marketing — a growing local agency — was named Advertising Agency of the Year.  The Observer
  • Local business & government leaders gathered today at Auburn University’s indoor practice facility for the Chamber's annual meeting where guests enjoyed a catered breakfast and award presentations and learned about plans for a new 3.5 million dollars Chamber & Community Business Center to support local growth.  The Observer

  • J&M Bookstore opened in 1953 and evolved from selling textbooks to featuring Auburn merchandise, drawing fans on game day. This family-owned shop preserves over 70 years of local tradition (welcoming students and visitors alike).  The Auburn Plainsman

  • Auburn honors Harold A. HEALTH NEWS

  • Auburn University Dream Makers raised $142K in a year-long fundraiser to support pediatric and neonatal care at East Alabama Medical Center. The donation is set to improve hospital services for young patients.  Opelika-Auburn News

SPORTS NEWS

  • No. 5 Auburn High School's Lady Tigers beat the Lady Red Devils 62-60 on Feb. 25 at Dunn-Oliver Acadome in the girls’ 7A central region championship, using strong free throws to secure a win. They will face Bob Jones High School in the state semifinals on March 5 at Legacy Arena (1001 N. 19th St.).  The Observer
  • Auburn tennis lost to Mississippi State Sunday, 5-2, marking their first conference setback, then bounced back with a shutout win over Eastern Kentucky. The Tigers now hold an 11-2 overall record and a 2-1 conference mark.  The Auburn Plainsman
  • Tigers finished 4-2 at the Jane B. Moore Memorial Tournament over the weekend with wins against Troy + USC Upstate and losses to Virginia Tech, and they will host Kentucky next weekend during Go Wild War Eagle Weekend at the Jane B. Moore field.  The Auburn Plainsman
  • Auburn University Track and Field athletes broke records at the SEC Indoor Championships in Bryan-College Station this past weekend. Senior Megan Hague and junior Kayinsola Ayaji won individual titles, and 16 top finishers will advance to the NCAA Championships in Fayetteville soon.  The Auburn Plainsman
