  • Aubie the Tiger started as a cartoon in 1959 and was brought to life in a costume in 1979—he now appears at about 1,500 local events and shows off his evolving look with creative props that engage fans. His rich legacy continues to shape the Auburn culture.  The Auburn Plainsman

  • Auburn’s leading scorer Keyshawn Hall is practicing with the team and may return to the court at Mississippi State on Wednesday. He missed play against Arkansas and was limited against Vanderbilt (missing final 12 minutes) as coach Steven Pearl noted his improved practice.  WAKA
  • The St. James Trojans defeated Lee-Scott 85-18 on Feb. 18 to stay alive in the AHSAA Basketball Post Season. Kaitlin Mitchell led with 21 points as the Trojans improved to a 30-4 record.  WAKA
