About this event

Sonic Chambers Quartet blurs the line between spontaneity and composition. Their sets are musical journeys through extreme ranges of harmony and density, all in pursuit of catharsis.

The group is co-led by New Orleans clarinetist and saxophonist Byron Asher and New York saxophonist and clarinetist Tomas Majcherski, friends and bandmates for over a decade, with Matt Booth on bass and Doug Garrison on drums. Their debut album, Kiss of the Earth , came out in 2025 on Brooklyn's adventurous 577 Records.
